Shipping and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with School Sign Co. Please read our Shipping and Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Only: School Sign Co ships orders within the continental United States only. We do not ship to addresses outside of the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, or any U.S. territories.
Shipping Costs for Daktronics Displays: Orders that include Daktronics displays will incur additional shipping charges that are not included in the order price at checkout. Shipping costs for these items will be calculated after the order has been placed, and the customer will be contacted with the final shipping cost.
Processing Time: Since all of our products are custom made, please allow adequate processing time as specified during your ordering process. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary based on production schedules and shipping carriers.

Returns and Cancellations Policy

No Returns: All sales are final. Because each order is custom-built to the customer's specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
Order Cancellations: Cancellations may only be accepted within 24 hours of placing an order. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. You must provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
